Red White and Blue Cheesecake Salad is a creamy, no-bake dessert packed with fresh berries and a cheesecake base perfect for patriotic holidays.
Ingredients
Cream cheese – 8 oz, softened
Whipped topping – 8 oz
Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Strawberries – 1 cup, sliced
Blueberries – 1 cup
Banana – 1, sliced
Optional: graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
3. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
4. Gently stir in strawberries and blueberries.
5. Add banana slices just before serving.
6. Serve chilled; top with extras if desired.
Notes
Bananas brown quickly add them right before serving.
Store in fridge up to 24 hours.
Keto version: swap sugar, omit bananas, use keto whipped cream.
