Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup chopped spinach (optional)

1/4 cup shredded cheddar (optional)

Butter or spray for greasing


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 baking dish.

2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
