This easy 3 ingredient no bake cheesecake is rich, creamy, and ready without an oven. It’s perfect for parties, quick desserts, or late-night cravings—just mix, chill, and serve!
Ingredients
¾ cup cold heavy cream
2 bricks (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 10” store-bought graham cracker crust
Instructions
1. (Optional) Preheat oven to 350°F and bake the graham cracker crust for 5 minutes; let cool.
2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside.
3. Beat softened cream cheese for 30 seconds until smooth.
4. Add sweetened condensed milk (and vanilla, if using) and mix until combined.
5. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
6. Pour filling into crust, smooth the top.
7. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight to set.
8. For a firmer texture, freeze for 2 hours before serving.
9. Slice and garnish with fresh strawberries and mint.
Notes
This cheesecake is light and fluffy. For a denser texture, chill longer or freeze briefly before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
